Gabriel Boyko,Executive Chef
As executive chef, Gabriel Boyko has been managing the food program at The Canyon for four and a half years.
He received his “grand diplome” from Le Cordon Bleu after completing his culinary education at the California School of Culinary Arts. He is ServSafe certified. Gabriel cares about the plight of addicted individuals and knows how devastating substance abuse and mental health issues can be. He believes the role of food in a residential treatment center is a joyful and healing one.
Before coming to The Canyon, Gabriel worked many positions in the food industry, from line cook to sous chef to executive chef. He brings his classic training, experience, and dedication to The Canyon to see people enjoy the food that he creates.
